/wp-admin/ 에 들어 있어야 할 index.php 를 불러오지 못하고 있습니다.

그리고 8index.php, 이런 파일은 워드프레스에 존재하지 않습니다.

누가 워드프레스 core 파일을 완전 butcher 한듯 보입니다.

그냥 갈아 엎고 다시 설치하시는게 어떠실지요?

core 파일을 건드려놓고 원상복귀를 하지 못하시는 상황이시면 새로 그냥 다시 싹 설치하는게 좋습니다.
그리고 워드프레스 core 파일은 절대 건드리지 마세요. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ core 파일은 건드리는 것 아닙니다.
