학회나 교육 등의 강좌에 대한 등록을 워드프레스를 이용하여 할 수 있을까요?

워드프레스에 다양한 등록 폼이 있으나 맘에 드는 것을 찾을 수가 없어 문의드립니다.

학회 등록에는 보통 아래와 같은 내용들이 필요합니다.

1. 이름/성별(숙박 제공시 필요)/소속/이메일/연락처 등의 기본내용

2. 숙박 희망일 (O박O일 또는 날짜를 선택할 수 있도록)

 

그리고 위의 정보들이 매 등록자가 등록할  때마다 메일로 정보가 날라오는 것이 아니라, 데이터베이스에 저장이 되었으면 합니다.

이와 관련한 플러그인이나 테마 등이 있으면 알려주세요.(굽신굽신)

말씀하시는 위 기능을 하는 테마는 최소 수십가지가 있는데 맘에 드시는 거는 직접 찾아보셔야죠.

본인 마음을 다른 사람이 알수 없잖아요. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
