호스팅업체가 bluehost인데 에러 로그를 보았습니다. 왜냐면 홈페이지가 때때로 로딩이 안되고 있다가 하얀 화면에 [an error occurred while processing this directive] 라는 에러메세지가 떠버렸기 때문입니다… 3일전만 해도 그냥 그럭저럭 돌아갔는데 왜이러나 싶긴 합니다…
일단 에러 로그가 아래와 같습니다.
[Mon Jan 18 16:05:02 2016] [error] [client 198.57.223.xxx] client denied by server configuration: /home/xxx/public_html/beta/whm-server-status
=> 클라이언트에서 뭘 거절 당했다고 그러는거 같아 보이네요.
[Mon Jan 18 15:25:02 2016] [error] [client 198.57.223.xxx] exec used but not allowed in /home/xxx/public_html/404.shtml, referer: https://www.betterce.com/=> 저희 웹사이트가 betterce.com인데 뭔가 404 페이지가 제대로 안뜬거 같네요.
[Mon Jan 18 15:25:02 2016] [error] [client 198.57.223.xxx] File does not exist: /home/xxx/public_html/my-account, referer: https://www.betterce.com/=> 저희 웹사이트가 betterce.com인데 옛날부터 멀쩡히 있었던 my-account라는 페이지를 찾지 못한다는 에러로 보이네요.
ㅠㅠ 그리고 저렇게 my-account페이지 에러가 있었던[Mon Jan 18 15:25:02 2016]경에 [an error occurred while processing this directive] 라는 에러 메세지가 자꾸 뜨고 그랬습니다. 문제는 이게 항상 이런 문제가 있는게 아니라 때때로 한번쯤 생각날쯤 하면 발생합니다…
혹시 이런 문제가 있으신분 있으셨는지요?

bluehost의 “WHM -> Service Configuration -> Apache Configuration -> Global Configuration” 쪽에 관련 내용이 있다고 하니(구글링) 찾아 보시구요, 해당 설정이 어떤 역할을 하는 것인지 bluehost에서 제공되는 문서를 통해 확인해 보시고 적용하시기 바랍니다.

그런데 bluehost에서는 저희 계정은 whm이나 apache configuration으로의 엑세스가 없다고 하네요 ㅠㅠ 근데 아마 htaccess문제인거 같다고 링크를 하나 주었는데

대로 Options -IncludesNoExec 라는 코드를 htaccess맨 밑에 붙이면 문제가 해결될거라 하는데.. 이게 사실일까요? 이런 코드가 htaccess자체에 들어간다는게 말이 될려나요 ㅠㅠ
